On July 5, I bought a fire extinquisher kit from Safety Technology. They cashed my check on July 9, which was less than the 3 business days you are allowed if you want to cancel item. To this date I have not received my item.
I have tried many times to reach Stacey Fowles who was the office manager at the time at the Donelson office. I was always told she would call me back. I finally got to talk to her last week. She stated that she did call Safety Tech and left a message and they are researching it. I had already left a message with these people too.
You can never reach a person, it's always a voice mail. How convenient! It's ridiculous that it takes 4 months to fill an order. Today I sent a registered letter to the main office in Charlotte North Carolina to see what happens with it.
