My complaint is similar to all others. They trick you to get you on the site and then refuse e-mail cancellations and avoid the phone cancelations. When I did reach them by phone the agent said I was cancelled and all set, but then I was still billed the 2.97 and the 139.95 on my credit card. The second time I called the guy said I was cancelled but would not credit back the money set and hung up on me. These people are preying on people and stealing our money. I called numerous times and was treated rude and with no resolve.
What an intentional scam. It makes me sick to think of how many people they have ripped off.
