Milo Allen
Webdesigner won't respect contract

I hired Milo Allen via freelancer.com, to build me a website.
He seemed highly qualified (seeing his portfolio) and quite professionnal.
We have both signed a bullet-proof contract.
But slowly, his progress on my website diminished considerably until it came to a halt.
Milo Allen kept assuring me and making false promises about sending updates on the work, but nothing has been done in 4 months!
I have made a partial payment to him, and filed a report via freelancer, urged him to give me my money back, but he insists he will do the work, and it is unnecessary for me to find someone else...
Every week he promises to show me the work he has done, but fails to do so!
This person is extremely unprofessional and unreliable, and it should be known to all who consider hiring him.
His own website has also recently dissappeared, further proving there is something seriously fishy about this webdesigner.
Do not hire him!
