51 employees of MySearchSEO were scammed out of two weeks pay on May 1 by Nick Kohlschreiber, Drew Lambert and Nick's Dad, Ed Kohlschreiber. On Friday, we were instructed to come in on Saturday to pick up our checks between 8am-8:30am.
At 5:30am one employee received a text from Drew Lambert stating: "MySearchSEO has folded and is no longer in business."
All 51 employees arrived to find the locks changed and ALL the equipment, computers, filing cabinets GONE. All private cell phone services were canceled immediately so no one could contact Nick, or Drew to inquire about our checks.
Ed Kohlschreiber, the Ponzi scheme Master Mind never answered his phone. All messages went to voicemail. On Saturday, Ed is calling employees and making harassing and seriously threatening demands as a scare tactic. His reputation precedes him in this area. No wonder Chase bank shut down his line of credit.
51 employees are without Rent money and devasted by this negligent turn of events and lack of professional business savvy on the part of actions and threats made by Nick Kohlschreiber, Ed Kohlschreiber and Drew Lambert.
A class action lawsuit is underway involving all 51 employees scammed out of pay.
BEWARE: They are running an ad on craigslist now for sales personnel to start a new SEP Search Engine Placement company in Los Angeles.
CANCEL your credit cards NOW if you gave your information to MySearchSEO Huntington Beach or Irvine, CA under the primace that you would be placed on the front page of Google. They are taking your money and not rendering services. This Is Fraud in the First Degree!
IRS, FTC and Attorney General are now actively pursuing litigation.
We want Justice and will stop at nothing to see these men behind bars to pay for their serious business mistakes and the undermining of 51 loyal employees.
