Justhost: Just a fraud

I have signed up for webhosting services from JustHost.com and not 5 minutes later, here is their auto-mated response
I can see from our records that you attempted to place an order with Just Host today, but for some reason you ran into difficulties and the order was not completed. To apologise for any problems you may have experienced, heres a special link to receive 50% off the usual cost of our unlimited Just Plan!
But they have already taken the money from my account, yet they are saying it could not be activated, yet they want to send me a link to where I can purchase even MORE services from these crooks?
Do they really think I am THAT stupid?
Every email I have sent to them to explain why they took money from my credit card, yet are telling me there is a problem I get the 'We're sorry you're having issues. Please click on this link and purchase even more services'. Automated email reply.
The money lost is not important, but it's the principal.
I only wish I did my homework before I gave these crooks my money. Let my mistake be your waring: Stay away from Just Host, because they are Just A Fraud.
