ICM websites - internet cash machines
Deceitful and immoral practices

ICM Websites is deceitful and immoral in its practices. They lead you to believe that you can make a lot of money working at home only a couple hours a day and that it only cost $2.95 shipping for the material. They have you fill out your personal information, then a screen comes up that says they have openings in your area which makes you think if you don't hurry up there won't be anymore openings available so you enter your credit card info without thinking to scroll down the screen to look at anything else. There is not confirmation that you agree to the terms & conditions so you give your information thinking the only thing you are paying is $2.95 for shipping.

When I received my email confirming my request it says click on the link, again, no indication in the screen that there are any terms or conditions to be aware of so you know nothing of the extra charges that they hit you with. And why would you think there would be additional charges because everything that has been presented to this point says that they are sending you information and all you have to pay is the $2.95 shipping charge, again leading you to beleive that something is comming in the mail or you have to download it from the website they send you the link to.

Imagine my surprise when I look at my account and see that they put a hold on my account for $139.95, which I knew nothing about, and it caused 2 items to overdraft with a fee of $37 each. I contacted the company on the 4th day after I signed up to find out why I was charged $139.95 and was told by John that I had agreed to this in the terms & conditions. I asked what terms & conditions and was directed to a link at the bottom of the page. When I clicked on the link it is there but with some discrepancies. First of all, my previous experience when getting involved with a reputable company they always ask or have something that you check that says you agree to the terms & conditions, ICM Websites does not. The second thing I tried to explain was that their own terms say after a 3 day trial they charge you. They put a hold on my money the say day that I signed up making those funds unavailable to me and causing 2 items to overdraft.

John's attitude was too bad. I asked to speak to his supervisor, was put on hold and then transferred to billing. Kevin started out the same way saying it was my fault I didn't see the terms. I agreed that to some extent it was mine but also said that they also concealed this because you think you are paying $2.95 shipping for something they are either going to send you or allow you access to a website to download the info. No where is it in plain site about additional fees. Kevin placed me on hold and came back with they would refund me $70 and give me 3 months free access to there system. I told him that I wanted nothing to do with this deceitful company and I just wanted the money to help cover my overdraft fees. He lead me to believe that this would end our relationship. The next day I checked my account and there was the 2nd overdraft fee because they put thru a transaction for $139.95 again. This was not what Kevin said they would do.

This company is very deceitful in their business practices and preys on people who are struggling financially to begin with and think that maybe there really is a honest way to make money on the internet, only to find out that they have been scammed with all these hidden fees.

A representative from my bank even called them numerous times, with me on the line also, to try and get them to return my money but John, Courtney, Kevin & Matt all had the too bad attitude and could not understand that even they had not held to their own terms & conditions by putting a hold on my money before they were suppose to causing the extra fees.

Stay clear of them. After my experience I did some research and see that they do this to a lot of people.
