Frys.com has some serious issues. I placed an order around 4:30pm for a laptop and had chosen overnight delivery. I verified the order with them around 8:20pm and I informed the lady that it was imperative to receive it the next day. She said that wouldn't be a problem. Later, I receive another call from them wanting to verify the same information that I verified with the lady. When I did, the guy stated that it was too late for the order to process, after I had already given them the information before the cut off time for shipments earlier. I was upset and let him have it. I don't know what is up with their customer service or shipping, but a lack of communication they definitely have. They were rude and weren't even trying to own up to their mistake. I asked if they could ship it same day so that my mom could receive the item on time since they originally screwed up the order. They refused to do so.
