As a small business owner I felt obligated to warn all other executives to stay away from Oxidev Interactive / Tytorean Interactive. Based on our personal experience we believe your investment will be at risk and the job may never get completed. Here is a little brief explanation of the company and it seems like they are having problems either financially, legally or something else is going on behind the scenes. This is only based on my gut feeling and it is usually right. I haven't quite figured it out yet but my guess is that they have either defaulted on their last lease and/or are in a civil litigation case with the landlord and/or one of their clients who didn't get a job completed. Oxidev suddenly moved their office and many of their employees were let go recently. We found this out by talking to a former Oxidev employee who has moved on to another web development company. Oxidev Interactive was run by Vladmir Mirzoyan. His brother, Hrayr Mirzoyan, recently opened up Tytorean Interactive and is operating out of the same office of Oxidev Interactive with the same employees. The receptionist told me that the office was for Oxidev AND Tytorean. The Tytorean Registration occurred almost the exactly the same time they moved offices. It seems like they opened up Tytorean so there would be no interruption of business if they had to close Oxidev. I could be wrong but that is my guess. Here is our experience: In We have had several meetings with them and gave us an excellent presentation and ideas for our web developement. We were supposed to get a quote/estimate on our project within one week. 3 Months have gone by and still no quote or estimate. We spoke to staff, Hrayr and Vladmir at the office at least 20 times (3 calls per week) and would get many different excuses. The receptionist would lie and advise Hrayr was sick or not in the office. The next day she would advise he is in the office then ask who is calling... Then suddenly he was sick again and was not in the office. The next day he would be on vacation but expected later the same day... On and on and on... Crazy excused. We would be told next week we will get you a quote... Then tomorrow. Then a few days... Then nothing... And nothing... And nothing. Calling their office and trying to get someone on the phone actually became a joke. I knew there was no way I would do business with a company that I as a customer would have to chase someone to give them my money to do a job. If they did not want to do the job or quote. Then they could have justt told as and we would have moved on.instead they kept jerking our chain or ignoring email and phone messages. Can you imagine giving them $30,000 for a project? If they don't respond when they are trying to get you as a customer... Can imagine how little response you would get after they had your money... Very scary. You have been warned! Stay away from oxidev interactive / tytorean interactive... They will not answer their phones or return your emails. Another customer on usacomplaints.com also advised that they went "DARK" on him and he spent $60,000 with them. After a few months of research we have now found a great company in California to handle our project. The new company actually responds to our emails and returns our phone calls.
