Using my Company Brand/Name to Lure people to his site in a classic Bait and Switch

Dear Sir or Madame,
My name is Lee Hiller and I have an online internet brand "Lee HillerDesigns"

I followed a link from Google to one of my products at Twitter: 101Mouse pad and instead found someone using my Brand Name "Lee HillerDesigns" to lure people to his website.
