Web Designer takes up-front fees, then never responds again

A couple years ago pixelsonfire.com asked for $150 up front to start work on a simple one page website. After the money order was cashed he didn't start the work and I never heard from him again. Have contacted him several times over the years, he just never replies. A literal scam artist. Watch out for this thief.
