It may be hard to complain about something that is free. But we know that free or cheap is not always the best.in this case, its an e-mail service Hotmail or Live.com. I tried to log on to my live.com e-mail the other day, but got the message that my e-mail account was closed no explanation! I opened another account with a different ISP, and requested that all my e-mails and drafts be forwarded. Ive been after Hotmail to try to resolve this, but Im getting no response. Ive had this account for a year and a half, and have tried to contact them a few times about another formatting problem. They never respond.
I still want my e-mails and drafts from Live.com. Does anybody know where I can report Hotmail to? Where can I file complaints? Anyway my advice to all readers here is DO NOT TRUST this unreliable Hotmail outfit for valuable or important messages.
