Bought a Futura monitor from Fry's in San Diego in Dec exclusively because of the 40 dollar rebate offered. Filed the rebate EXACTLY according to the instructions.
Waited 9 months and still no rebate. Called Licom Fulfillment center and left several messages but never received a call back. Finally spoke with 2 very rude employees (Danny and Eveleen), and was promised my rebate if I could resubmit proof of purchase.
Faxed an image copy of the invoice to Licom, then received a phone call saying that my rebate was sent out Sept 10th. Still have not received it as of Oct 10.
Subsequent telephone calls to various voice mailboxes have gone unreturned. Sent a letter to Licom over 2 weeks ago, and have had no reply. HOw does this company continue to remain in business???
