Cora works there are no jobs and the company refuses to pay people

For those that worked for cora, or you know someone that worked there - if you are still owed money and have not filed a claim for your due wages earned, you can file a claim by using the following form and sending it to the nj dept of labor (nj dol)...

the same applies to those who even worked as an independant contractor. There is also plenty of infomation available about how employees are misclassified as independant contractors, and here is a little information from the irs just to get started...

now if you are afraid of being labelled a troublemaker, or if you feel the relationship you had with cora didn't work out because it was your own fault... There are alot of people that feel that same way... And it wasn't anyone's fault other than the person who owns the company! It turns out if you have come across the following information before, this company has a long history of bad management...

if you ever really wondered what that case was about, you can register for pacer for free to view the records at 8 cent per page. (you will be sent a bill in the mail later from pacer for the records you viewed - i accrued less than $10 in charges)

when i read the documents to that case i was shocked - but it was well worth the 8 cents per page cost - even though i was so appalled by what i read & i cried for days. I finally was able to accept after reading those documents that the time i invested into cora to try and make the company work was for nothing other than to line someone else's pockets!
If anyone chooses to doubt the facts here - call the nj dol and verify just how many claims have been filed on this company. Read the court records about the lawsuit the ceo had filed on her in 2008. As the nj dol if the ceo has responded lately? Many people complain that emails they send to cora inquiring about their overdue pay go unanswered as well, it's as if the emails people send end up in a black hole somewhere.
This company does an excellent job of making and keeping false promises - just like the last "update" from the ceo on sent out on november 2nd 2009 where it stated - we will continue to issue weekly updates such as this. There hasn't been a weekly update since!
In the end, because of the lack of response from the company, and the failure to properly communicate, the ceo has further buried the company into deeper debt, each day that goes by penalities are added to the bill from the nj dol, and the amount now for the penalties alone is well more than what the ceo owes people in the form of their wages. Only adding more proof that the ceo is not the person they claim to be...

now how come it says the words "subcontracted" instead of "senior managment turnaround consultant"?
