Purchased a Dell PC in-May had 2 issues with this. Discovered Dell DoesN't provide any warranity with this specific because it was purchased at Bestbuy. Couldn't get any tech-support till we bought approximately. $200.00 of in house expanded warranity. Geek Group were "prohibited" to go over something within the telephone using the cheaper expanded warranity. Bestbuy didn't recommend us there wouldn't be any warranity from Dell. Discovered the difficult way. Do not create the exact same error.
