I ordered a mouse pad from QMS/Macpadd four months ago but have not received the product. My credit card was charged for both the product and the shipping. I have e-mailed the company and left several phone messages and have received no reply.
Paypal couldn't help me because too much time had passed but I was able to get the owner, David Free's, home phone number through Paypal. When I called I told him I was calling because I hadn't been shipped my macpadd and he told me to "F& Off" and hung up on me.
I reported this company to the FBI Internet Fraud division and they are investigating them due to numerous complaints from other Americans who have been scammed.
Since then I've found dozens of people, mostly in America, who have been ripped off by this company as well. Here are just a few:
