My husband had paid powerlevelaion.com $95 to level a character in a short amount of time. That account was banned within a few days.
When he contacted them about what had happened, they guaranteed he would be paid in full $100 (for both banned accounts) AND reimbursed the $95 (paid to them for services) if a second account was banned. So he had paid another $50 to buy a new CD key. The second account was also banned within a week.
When we contacted them on Dec. 2nd, they said they turned our claim into their finance dept. And to give it 1-2 business days.
Today on the 4th, they are pretty much telling us to go f* off and they will only reimburse $30 some since they "provided" their service.
I don't see how any service was provided. We are now out almost $200 since they managed to get 2 accounts banned and now we have no working Aion account.
It clearly states on the website 100% safe, AND satisfation guaranteed. Yet when someone does complain, they really don't care.
