Don't know how I came across Bill Shannon with Bill's PVA service but more-than-likely did a Google search for Craigslist PVA's and found him.
I contacted him via email and he seemed pretty straight forward and got back to me quickly. I ordered PVAs from him and he delivered them quickly - only problem is that they didn't work! I contacted him within 5 minutes of delivery and he failed to reply, over and over. Finally, I disputed the purchase with Paypal and they won't do anything because the dispute was over "quality of goods" not "delivery of purchased goods" which is all that they will support.
So, if you are looking to buy Craigslist PVA's, steer clear of Bill Shannon, he's a scammer and will just steal your $. He's also in the mortgage business and his contact # is 631-851-4420- hopefully his boss finds out he's stealing from people with the company's phones and cuts him off.
