Where to begin:
1) Hiring standards -
The companies poor standard begins with their hiring standards for new employees. Which they have none. They will hire anyone, with college experience or not, for that matter with no experience in the position they are to be hired. A perfect example is their CEO, a South African with no college experience at all and he boast the fact that colleges are unnecessary. Then they claim they will train you, which is true for maybe half the positions they hire. They run on a philosophy of hire and quickly fire, either you work out or not. Which is mostly in part because the head of human resources, CMO, CFO, and personal assistant to the CEO is his wife (however they keep separate last names to remove any suspicion). They discipline employees who make it known they are new hires, probably because their employee turn over ratio is so high. Every business development employee is a director, every costumer service employee is a "producer" or account executive. All titles given to give the allusion anyone at the company is more experienced than they are, which they are not.in an office of 50 or so employees at least 35 are under the age of 30.
