Received a bill at my home for a service that I did not even use. They said that the bill was in the name of a 70 year old man that lived in my home. There is no one in this home but myself and my 13 year old son.
The lady I talked to from the company said that if there was no one here by the name on the bill that I had (censored) opened someone else's mail, in fact I did not because the bill came to my correct mailing address.
The people that work for this company are rude and disrespectful. The lady that I talked to hung up on me, and I immediately called her back and asked for her by name. I informed them that there was no (censored) on my part, but on theirs. They would not tell me that they were an Adult Website, I found that out by calling the Better Business Bureau of Virginia. When I called there, they informed me that they had received lots of calls and complaints concerning Alyon Technologies, and that there was a concern and that attention was being given to that matter.
I feel sorry for people who work for companies like this, becaue not only are they working for a (censored) artist company, but they are (censored) artists themselves. There are innocent children that are falling victims to pronography and other sites like this, and these people are the cause of it all by making these pop-up boxes that entice innocent children. I mean, what about the bill that came in the name of the 3 year old twins??? Now tell me they would know how to access an adult website??? Wake up people... (meaning Alyon)!
I refuse to pay this bill that has come to my house, and I will do anything necessary to clear up this false claim to my address. I have sent letters to the Better Business Bureau, State Senators, and also to the Attorney General. I hope that many will stand up for our kids... They are innocent victims... And if we do not stand up for them... Who will?
