I had downloaded Bonzi back in the beginning of May for free. A message always came up saying to become a gold member for $9.95 a month and you get many programs with what he can do. I was never able to download the program.in the meantime they are taking their money every month (Since the beginning of June), from my bank and I can't stop them taking it out. I've tried to notify them and I just get a notice to download it. I want out of this program and my money back and I don't know what to do. I asked my bank to stop paying them but they can't unless they hear from them. What do I do to end this nightmare.
