PayDotCom.com The company scammed me for money to access websites that I was not required to pay for

To whom it may concern,
After logging into the mininova website I noticed the following:

Hi there,

Please know that our website can be used free of charge. The BitTorrent client uTorrent can be downloaded for free as well:. So obviously you have been scammed by people making you believe you have to pay to use these services.

Contact the website where you paid and try to get your money back! Most likely and. Please also file a report at usacomplaints.com.

Make sure to contact your credit card company to report this scam!
