I was informed that the auction listing program was a 90 day risk free program. I called to cancel and and they only refunded $100 of the cost $187.00. I have called on a daily yet I am unable to speak to their billing dept.
I have emailed several times on their web page no response. I have tried for more than 10 day to make contact by phone to fullly cancel the account. It seems to be impossible. A person answers and tell you someone will call you back. I have mailed a request to cancel no response.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. The Auction Listing Agency do not make you aware of the different hidden monthly fees and other programs you must buy to be sucessfull as an Auction Listing Agent. I would tell everyone to beware this company is taking advantage of our economy issue. Rik Free can be Very Risky
