I bought a WoW account in May of I was told before I bought the account that there have not had any recalls or bans on any account to date. Early this month I had no access to my account, I contacted blizzard and they told me that the original owner had taken the account back. I tried to call but the phone is out of order, its been out of order since Oct 13th??? There swear up and down that there will contact to owner and get it back. I check with them twice a week and always get the same answers,
1. We will contact the owner and get it back pls be patient
2. What did you do to get owner to take it back? What that means I have no idea.
3. They changed the email and will send you secret question and answer. (I got that the first day)
4. The manage is busy and is not in to help you (the manager is never in or so there say)
5. There also say they will take the owner to court and sue? (I can't see that one happening)
Bottom line is this company sells accounts and doesnt stand behind it's product or terms of service. They will tell you anything to sell the account but nothing to help you. Please avoid this company like the swine Flu.
They claim to be in America but when you ask where they never give you a straight answer. Please stay away.
