Stub Hub has a policy for sellers that if they can not provide tickets that they previously confirmed then the seller would be responsible for equal or better tickets.
This seems fair...
WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU is that if you cancel an order, the new tickets are not purchased and charged to your card until the prospective buyer replies back to them.
I cancel a pair of $45.00 tickets on 10/12, at that time their were numerous comparable ticket available for a few bucks more. I received an email on the 14th telling me that I was now responsible for $125.00 tickets because the buyer didn't reply until that morning. There policy is that they won't purchase new tickets until they contact the buyer.
Last time I use the Money Hub!
