Bills for connections made through deception and (censored)

Alyon Technologies of Seacaucus, NJ and Norcross, GA. What (censored)!

My bill was for $303.18 for premium internet content supposedly accessed on June 10th. The only thing I found when I first checked the Internet for info was an ABC-Chicago news report from May 16th about Wisconsin joining the FTC and 12 other states suing Alyon. We still weren't to clear on what had happened. Thanks to your Web site I was able to figure out what was up.

We found the iedisco. Exe file on my son's computer. Once again, thanks to your Web site, he's in a lot less trouble than he otherwise would be. Plus we got rid of the file!

Since I didn't completely understand what had happened at the outset, some of the many complaints I initially made to the authorities were inaccurate and a little lame. Though I've complained to just about everyone I can think of, the one that appealed to me most was the Postal Inspector. I guess this is because the first contact I knowingly had with this outfit was the bill they sent through the U.S. Mail. Isn't this mail (censored)? And aren't people always going to jail for it? (Forget suits and fines! I want them doing time! Maybe they have lyonnaise in the dining hall at Leavenworth. Get it? ALyon? French code?)

That brings me to a question. How far do these people go trying to collect? And are the legitimate credit bureaus (I guess there are three major players) wise to them?
