I was to: 1) Receive payment from Clients 2) Process and 24 hours in which funds have cleared into your account. Deduct 10% which will be percentage/pay on Payment processed. On 04/30/09 i received an UPS package with check[Tracking number J2190006663 and UPS Account No. 19E753] from Peter Fogon, Under Armour, Inc. 1020 Hull Street, Third Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21230-2080. The check is from Flour Mill GeorgetownLLC and check was deposit in my checking account at GTE Federal Credit Union in Temple Terrace, Florida.
The money[$2,120.00] was withdrawal and wire by Western Union on 05/06/09 as per email instruction to: Tammie Lane, Financial Representative, 2177 Main Street, Queenstown, Maryland 21658. On 05/07/09 this check from Flour Mill GeorgetownLLC was return to GTE Federal Credit Union in Temple Terrace, Florida from Wells Fargo Bank stamp on the front in bold letters: RETURN REASON REFER TO MAKER. I email Alan Matt on 05/09/09 and 05/10/09 about this client check no response from Mr. Matt. I call Wells Fargo Bank[Treasury Client Services 1-800-289-3557] they say they paid GTE on 04/30/09 GTE say there is no proof that they were paid by Wells Fargo Bank. I am stuck with an -$2,500 balance in my checking account. I have file an online complaint with the following agencies: FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center;National Consumers League's Center;Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General of the State of Florida
