Id theftrefund status.com I had 33.98 debited from my account, I did not authorize this and contacted the peiple responsible for it and still I wait for my refund and now their website says nothing and no one answers the phone Internet

I noticed that my account was debited 33.98 I did not authorize this and contacted the persons responsible, they gave me grief and then gave me all these steps to take to get my money refunded to me, I still wait.
