I've had a myriad of issues with the web company since I have first got it about 12 months before. For some time I had been needing to contact them at least one time per month with issues finding on. Today after I am searching the web It suggests that I'm installing info. I named and spoken towards the boss of tech-support to become informed that it's somehow my pcs issue. That possibly anything has been saved from the site without my understanding or that it's performing automated up-dates, which is placed for 4am (within the spare time). I'm advised to get hold of my pc provider to see how my pc is installing from the web without agreement or that my virus application isn't working (when it claims it's). For me they are doing this to try and allow you to update your support. I believe this company sucks. I'd at&t before and may not get highspeed web where I reside, but I'll happily return to it after I could possibly get using this 24-month agreement. All I will state is do not get this company. It's terrible.
