For nearly a 2 year stretch, PAYCOM.net deducted $29.99 from my checking account without me having any idea what was going on. I was using my card for emergencies only and never had any idea that activity was taking place on it. The sum equaled out to be past $700 dollars.
When I learned this I immediatley called PAYCOM.net. After being called a pervert by a woman that didn't give me her name and told me it was my fault for losing the money, I was transferred over to someone called Pointer. He gave me back about 100 dollars and told me he couldn't give me back anymore. He again informed me it was my fault that money was taken out of my account because I should have been checking it.
He told me that the "subscription" was for an adult website for a 5 day FREE TRIAL offer. He also confirmed that the account assigned to my credit card had never been used. When I asked him how that turned intp a 2 year subscription and why I hadn't been informed he said he didn't know and didn't care.
He said that they had customers that had a membership for over 5 years and had still never logged onto their accounts. He said "thats how it works". He told me that I had to get in touch with the webmaster of the site and sarcastically told me "good luck".
The webmaster had no phone number of contact, only an email address. After 3 days, I finally got in touch with him. He then reiterated that it was my fault. He said he could only offer me 2 years free service and that only PAYCOM.net could give me my money back.
I have never seen my money and I can't log onto the website.
I was never sent an email by them saying money was being deducted from my account. Pointer informed me that this has never happened to PAYCOM.net and that it was again my fault. But by reading usacomplaints.com I see that he was lying.
Do not do buisness with PAYCOM.net.
