Back in January I received a proposal for new upgraded software from Noble Systems, which "includes Hardware and Software maintenance". I was told it was going to cost $ for the upgrade and monthly support. There was NEVER any mention in original proposals that this was in addition to our current support plan.
After sending them a deposit we received our final agreement. After reviewing, we questioned why the verbiage had changed to "Additional Monthly Standard Support Costs". We were told that it was in addition to a one time charge of $ that was also listed on the proposal, which was not on the original.
At the point we are disputing all maintenance charges. We are also withholding any money due at this time related to the upgrade until this matter can be resolved. It is very unfair and deceptive to allow a customer to think they are paying a certain amount for a service and then have that amount changed after sending in a deposit.
