As another person has noted, this company is not honoring the terms of their sales of bpftp to provide free lifetime upgrades.
They don't provide any contact information, other than web forms, to potential victims/clients.
I acquired the information I provided through a diligent search of public records, and verified that the records and the company/person is the potential litigant in this matter.
In contrast with the other report, I suspect that a large number of people may have been victimized by this company.
A class action suit is not out of the question.
