We ordered this software in order to search for a relative who we don't know whether he is dead or alive and this company made all kinds of claims regarding how successful the software would be to find this person. It was a total ripoff!
Not only could I not find the person but the information they had was more than 10 years old! I input the information I have (which is extensive ie, D.O.B., family members, etc.) the report they sold me came back with everything I put in except the correct D.O.B.! This is totally bogus! All they did was take the info I submitted and copied and pasted it to another birthdate and charged me for it.
I paid $39.95 for this crap. I want my money back. They have the audacity to use "government" in their title.
