Registered on website and got charged a membership fee

I registered at this website and stupidly included my credit card information as I thought I MIGHT at some time in the future order their product. I did not order or receive anything. They charged my credit card a Membership fee under the heading Membership 800-9895907 FL. For 8.18. I can't get through to them at all. What a RIPOFF and scam.

Now that I am looking into this scam company I see hundreds of complaints about this so-called company. I cannot even find a contact number that is valid.
