I checked my bank account on 7/20. I had a $12.00 charge taken out by Reservation Rewards, a company I had never heard of. They had a phone number next to the charge. I called the number, they infomed me that i signed up for their services on a movie site. A month ago, I bought 2 tickets for my daughter and I online for a local IMAX movie. If there was something on the site that signed me up for this service, It was not clear, it was deceptive. Upon further searching the internet, i'm finding several others with the same complaint. How do these people get away with this? It is inexcusable, unclear and deceptive. I never would have signed up for this service. I plan on pushing this and filing a complaint everywhere that I can.
