I purchased an computer item on ebay from a seller named "4sureriskfree". This seller described the computer part as "Genuine" and "Original" which turned out to be a complete lie. After I received the part and disassemled my computer I tried to install their part. I quickly learned that what they sold me was a cheap counterfeit. While it had the same part number as the part I was replacing the screw holes where in the wrong places. The part was poor quality, basically junk. I promply returned the part in its original packaging to their Albuquerque New Mexico location, as it turns out they are based in China but ship their merchandise from Albuquerque.
After returning the item the seller said they never received it and does not want to give me a refund. These people are con artists and will not give you a refund. It is hard to communcate with them because of the language barrier,
Buyer beware this seller on ebay and the website is a criminal enterprise.
