WebTech solicited my father who is 89 years old. This man can barely turn on a computer let alone understand what a web site does. They convinced my father that it would be easy to double his money. He spent $12,000 to get started. This on a charge card. He is living on social security. When this did not bring in money, they convinced him to spend $3000.00 more dollars for a postcard campaign which has never failed to bring in the web hits.
With Power of Attorney, i have tried to find out what if any money is due to my father.
I have called repeatedly and have been told each time they were trying to get an accounting. Ater 3 weeks, they were still unable to give me any accounting. This is after my father had been trying to get an accounting since January! According to his web site there are 1.3 million hits on this web site. Don't you think there should be some financial results from this?
I have received no response from letters to the owner. I believe they have not lived up to their part and have sold a product that they have no connection with (Google was to send a pin number—never came and the company can not get any response from them as well) We just want the money returned. If it's such a great Web page, we will sign over all righrts and they can have all the retruns!!!
