The company claims to provide IT training in a wide variety of areas. I signed up for EMC boot camp at a cost of 3,795.00. I have taken training like this many times before and it is not uncommon to get a PO and then have the funds sent to the payment department.
A day before the training was to take place, I got an email from American IT indicating my seat was taken by another cash paying customer. This was done after my funds were confirmed of course.
I then tried contacting them to no avail. I filed better business reports, and they did not answer the BBB. The bottom line is STAY AWAY from these people. They are just a bunch of con artists and will take your money.
They do not have ANY Training facilities as listed on their website. This is a total rip-off. For IT professionals. Do your research before sending money blindly to any individuals claiming to provide IT training. Also, if they claim to no accept credit cards do not do business with them. CUT and DRY!
American IT are ripoff artists and I hope they are brought to justice soon. Their website is fictitious so stay away.
