I answered an ad in a local job newspaper. Claiming make $1000 to $2000 a week part time. I spoke with a rep. She gae me a ph# to listen to a call to explain the biz. The company is a legal or illegal gifting program (not really sure if it is legal) the rep assured me it is leagal bc they offer a product the website. Was also reasurred by the 90 money back guarantee and was teased with the possibility of making residuals. Mrs. Heath assured me "i hve been doing this since november i make $1600 average a week and i have never had anyone ask for their money back or have had to give a refund" you have to pay $397 to get started plus $40 web hosting fee. Then i was offered the option of 3 mos of $146 plus $40= $186 for 3 mos. The web hosting fee goes to the company and the fee remaining goes to the rep. I agreed. I did the 2 trainings every wk. Put ads all over the internet as the site advised. No one i guess was as stupid as me to fall for this company once they heard the price and probed and find out what it really was. After 30 days i contacted www.thehappyhomeworker.com by email no response. So i finaly got her on the phone. She tells me well the 90 day guarantee is after 90 days if you dont make any money. I informed her if i havent made any money in 30 days why will i pay u 2 more months @ $186 just to get a refund and take a chance of not getting a refund at all. So people it is a catch 22. Now i know how she makes so much the company is misleading. If you have almost $500 to waste spend it on a real business opportuniy that doesn't give unrealistic earnings that only people at the top are making money. This is the classic example of a pyramid scheme scam.
