E Webb Financial, LLC, Ryan Healy, Mike Donaldson Phone call out of the blue. Offering extra money made from home by monitoring web site

I got a call out of the blue from Ryan Healy from E Web Financial offering a deal to make money from home on line. Listened to six minute audio tape describing deal and packages with prices. 20 companies for $299,40 for $399,60 for $499. Wanted to sign me up right away. I said I wanted to further investigate them. Directed me to www.azcc. Gov, their pubic access page to prove they are legitimate. Clicked on to "check corporate status", which said their LLC is a company in good standing. Donaldson said this proves they are legitimate and asked for my credit card number. I said I did not intend to sign up today. He asked what was stopping me. I replied he called me out of the blue and I wanted to think about it. He urged me to sign today, getting agitated and angry that I would not. I said forget the whole thing and hung up. Sounds like a scam.
