Talent and More charged me $19.95 on my phone bill, when I called to inquire they said it was for making a web site, which I have not done nor did I authorize their charges. From what I have read this is their MO, ripping people off on their phone bill, like others I do not know why AT&T would allow this without verifying with the customer that they did order this service, of course AT&T claims they have no control over this (BALONGNY!!!) I intend on turning this company into my states attorney generals office. I have my cell phones through AT&T as well and they were slammed with bogus fees so I have a little trouble with AT&T opting out of responsibility and just adding any charge anyone wants to my bill. It is very poor business practice but I guess when you have a monopoly you don't have to have good business practices. Wake up worthless politicians and protect your consumers for a change!
