Pornographic pop-ups that dont go away, they are hidden with porn attachments that slip by parent control rip off of innnocence

The web site www.win250dollar.com has pornography attachments that have slipped by my parental and privacy controls without my authorization or knowledge. The Pop-ups continue to appear on my computer even after I have cleared all cookies and cleared all caches.
The Pornography shows as an attachment that is hidden ie. Www.win250dollar.com/http/xxxnaughtygirl/etc...
