Technologies ripoff paid through make a wish foundation of minnesota, how low can a company go! Fraud to consumers New Jersey

I have just received a bill today 5/19/03 for a service i never ordered or requested in the amount of $427.58 My son has cancer and is going through chemo. The internet service he has is been paid through make a wish foundation of minnesota the 1st name on the bill is not the same on my phone bill. I am contacting the attorney generals office tomorrow am.
