Douglas and Kyla Cottle made dozens of, what appear to be, fraudulent statements about their company, revenue levels, investor levels, buyout potential and business partnerships to a group of potential investors recently.
They have now changed the name of the company they are doing business as from Secure Resolutions to ResolutionsMSP and AntiCybercrime in an attempt to confuse investors that were defrauded of their funds by Douglas who does not hold a license to sell securities.
