Ordered real safe [3300# weight], they sent furniture contract delivery truck who were unable to carry dafe in, they almost suffered major injuries dropping safe on my property, a hug potential liability.
They had their head of delivery call me from Pittsburgh who told me they really delivered furniture not safe, and couldn't really help deliver this safe to me. This is fraudulent misleading internet scamming.
They tried to sell me that they would now find a competent delivery company to deliver my safe. Why didn't they have one already if they were real?
I refused to continue to do business with them and they stole $1600 by enforcing their delivery charges when they were actually unable to deliver. This must be a good scam for them, getting cancellation charges over and over from new suckers who believe they can deliver real safes.
They suckered me in by being able todeliver a furniture weight [300#] gun safe, but I never thought they were a fake until they couldn't even deliver a product they sell on their website.
