Total Ripp off! The "customer service rep" claimed they were based in Las Vegas, quite a distance from Salt Lake as I have seen. The say they will refund the last charge of $69.99 after my my threats but could do nothing about the first charge. Thats OK, my Bank is taking care of it. These people need to Rot!
