Google Treasure Chest
Fraudulent charge

Google Treasure Chest strikes again. I read the finr print and it states you have 30 days before any charges occur on credit card to try out the product, but the 30 days start the day you order the Cd, bit when you recieve it. I couldn't get the terms until the charge went thru on my CC for the 1.97. When I read this, I deceided to give it a week to see if the CD would arrive, it took 7 days. I decieded that this was not for me, that something wasn't right. I calleed to cancel using the phone number on the terms and conditions, got a message that office was closed, call back during business hours, did not state what the business hours were. 3 days later a charge appears on my credit card for 72.21 and the message said for a refund call 866-957-0020. I called the number and they said they woud refund the money, would take 7-10 days. This was May 4. May 20, no refund called back. Was told the refund was placed that there must be an issue with my financial institution. I hung up and called back and got another person, they told me there was an error on the refund and that it would be re-submitted, and they supposedly did this while i was on the phone, again another 7-10 days. On May 22, a charge from FundingStimulus.com hits my credit card, no clue what this is, can only guess it is part of the same scam! Called back May 29, told by person that refund was placed on May 4, and that the problem is with financial institution, i told them they are lting to me, because I was told on May 22 that there was an error on the 4th and was re-submitted on the 22nd, she said i am sorry you were misinformed. No they just down right LIED! If you have done this, cancel your credit card or debit card immediately, they will share you card information with other scams and drain you dry. I do no tunderstand how they can get away with this criminal activity. The IRS needs to know about this, because their books are showing refunds when in actuality they are pocketing the cash and not reporting it to the IRS, they OWE TAXES on this money, not only are they scaming the people, but the IRS as well.
