Freelancersunited.com and its owner Katy Tyler are running a sham website that they are holding out as being a place where freelancers can obtain work from buyers.
The fact is that she has stolen services from my firm and when my firm initiated legal action against her, she elected to post false statements about my business and I on the Internet.

International Media Relations Firm Alleges Fraud and Theft Against Sham Website Operation
DENVER, CO USA Broemmel Media, the international media relations firm, is taking legal action against Freelancersunited.com, a shell website in operation on the Net that is alleged to have committed fraud, theft of services and made statements in false light against the owner of Broemmel Media. While Freelancersunited.com should not necessarily be confused with the neo-Nazi, white supremacist site of the same name it is unclear what association may exist between the two websites.
In the complaint Broemmel Media will be filing in court, a variety of allegations are raised, including that Freelancersunited.com and its owner Katy Tyler (her affiliation with the neo-Nazi website is not yet clear) defrauded the Broemmel organization of services and misused the name of the firm as being a professional provider through the sham Freelancersunited.com website. Broemmel Media withdrew from any connection with the Freelancersunited.com website when learning of the theft of services, its fraudulent business practices and its potential connection with the white supremacist movement in the United States (Freelancers United Clan Website).
Needless to say, my firm wants no association with a sham venture that Freelancersunited.com most definitely appears to be. And, of course, we have a zero tolerance for theft of services and our corporate identity. Perhaps most important of all, in researching the apparent ongoing fraudulent operations of Freelancersunited.com we discovered a possible connection between this enterprise and a hateful, horrific neo-Nazi organization, Broemmel stated.
In addition to seeking damages for fraud and theft, an additional claim will be added to the case involving false light statements published by Katy Tyler, the owner of the Freelancersunited.com.in the aftermath of Broemmel Media taking legal action against Katy Tyler and Freelancersunited.com, Tyler initiated a campaign of posting intentionally false information about Broemmel Media and its owner. Oddly, this person elected to attack my association with reputable professional website at which I am the number one rated U.S. Provider, Broemmel remarked.
