Green & Orange Rip Off Sunland California

I've dealt with this person on several occasions (I think it's a one man operation - one dude ripping people off). It all starts with an e-mail from them - with a three word tailor to your resume like this:

"Hi %" (your name here),

"We are seeking a %" (your job here) "to be responsible for the overall performance of %" (what you do)."The organizational structure of our company is designed to assure the efficient and effective performance of functions and tasks that are necessary to achieve our mission. We offer $55,000-$60,000 annually plus great benefits, which we will discuss during your interview."

And then they give you this overly familar line of BS:

To avoid being flooded with applications and responses, I have only extended this opportunity to a few qualified individuals. Your online resume caught my attention, and I would like to start the interview process as soon as I possibly can. I am hoping to hear back from you today, if at all possible.By clicking the link below, you can view more information about the position, benefits offered, our company, and send in your application as an available candidate.

You go there & it looks like somebody used a content management system to cut & past YOUR job description - or something that looks WAY too good to be true - it is.

Middle of the page they ask for all of this stuff:

Education: First Name:

Last Name:

Street Address:

City:

Country: Zip:

E-mail:

Cell Phone: - -

Secondary Phone:

Desired Salary:

Resume:

And THEN you get one of these:

"To assist individuals interested in pursuing higher education we provide free information about education opportunities in various fields and locations.

I have no interest in furthering my education at this time. I may have an interest in furthering my education, but I would like additional information first. I am interested in furthering my education in the near future.

Continue"

So first they dress the e-mail all up to look like it's an actual employer contacting you directly, but then when you get there - it looks more like a "job finder" website; but there's NO WEBSITE. THEN they hit you up for education offers (sometimes 15-20 pages worth). Whats happening here is called "Pay Per Click". Each and every time you click on that "Continue" button - THEY get paid.

And in the end you never hear back from them - there is no contact information. If you just do a search for "openjobmatch.com" you get redirected to another whole separate site called "Career-Network.com".

Here's a little bit of info on then:
