I was contacted by Heather Donnelly to do data entry. She did an interview process of approx 2 hours. I should have realized that there was something terribly wrong when she told me I had to pay for the software thru a money gram site to a person (Elizabeth Shreve in Kentucky) rather than a retailer. This was 355. Things got twisted when I was supposed to have a training and that person (Ashley) did not respond to the IM and Heather came on. Now the software I was supposed to get was not being shipped because now I needed to buy their printer, scanner, fax and copier machine —in which I had already told her I had one. My husband had looked up on the internet re the name of the machine name she gave me and it does not exist—during the process I also had the order pending for this additional 555. I stepped away from the computer and called the money gram place to cancel the transaction, which I did not tell them. Heather was insistent on waiting for it to got thru and start training. This was after two hours of nothing. I abruptly came back and said I had to get off line and she was saying to stay to make sure it went thru. I had a real bad feeliing at this point and my husband found they had a bad report already written by someone earlier this month. They get pushy and obnoxious—don't feel trapped, just disconnect. At least I am out only 383 not compared to the gal earlier this month. This has got to stop.
