It is well documented on this site that these guys are a fraud. What may not be clear from the earlier posts is that they are trying to circumvent the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), (i. E your ability to protest the charges on line) by providing an obscure return address. My wife and I purchased two "authentic Tiffany" products on line. They are about half the price of the real products in Tiffany, Galleria, Houston, TX. Compared to the real thing, they are clear knock offs. I called Citicards to file a complaint and they said I need to return the products. I explained that they had not returned by email requests and the cc company said under the law I still had to return it. The customs slip the company used for my address has THEIR RETURN ADDRESS IN BEJING CHINA. It is a legit return address. Copy that address on your return. It costs us $20 to return the product at the USPS. Saved $200. I then provided that receipt to Citi for my credit. So a $20 lesson. I'm calling the Federal Trade Commission on Monday so they can hopefully shut this site down. It's a creative scam designed to circumvent customer complaints under the FCBA hoping that people will A) be intimidated by a Chinese address B) not pay to return the product to a Chinese address. I hope the FTC will do their job and shut this site down. Hopefully, TIF is not one of the Chinese communists that bundled millions for Obama.
